There is still a ton of stuff we need to get done, but we have a venue, and a DJ, and we are just about certain on our photographer (that is a saga in and of itself!). It's all coming together and starting to feel real.
We just had a delicious -1 year anniversary dinner, ate too much, and are stuffed to the gils. (Somewhat predictive of how our guests will feel next year at this time, after all the food our caterer offers) In exactly one year from RIGHT NOW, our guests will be leaving our reception, our last song will be playing, and our wedding will be officially over. It makes me sad and it isn't even here yet. I need to make sure we enjoy the next year, don't get caught up in the small stuff, and be calm about all of this.
